Instagram works too — @natasharosbugcartel. Inquiries sent there are fine and I do answer them.

I’m in the studio most weekdays and reply within two to three business days. If a week passes with no answer, the message didn’t reach me. Send it again.

About a piece you bought

Give me the piece name and roughly when it arrived. For damage or condition questions, include photographs taken in daylight, and one of the whole object so I can see the scale.

Commission inquiries

The commission form is the fastest route — it collects what I need in one pass. If you’d rather email, include:

• Dimensions, or the space it has to fit. A photograph of the wall, shelf or table is more useful than a measurement.
• Orientation — freestanding, wall-hung, or flat.
• Finish — fully polished, or textured on the back and sides.
• Your deadline, if you have one.
• A budget range. I’d rather show you what’s possible within it than quote something that was never going to work.

I’ll come back with a price, a timeline, and an honest answer about whether it will work.
